The Fresno Chamber of Commerce is pleased to partner with the City of Fresno’s Mayor and several community organizations to host the 2012 Mayor’s Youth Job Fair. This vital event is meant to support and encourage the youth of our community, who will become tomorrow’s business owners and bread winners, to get a jump start on their future. Our ultimate goal is to ensure that our youth to feel a sense of loyalty to our community so that as they grow and prosper, they will want to stay local and continue to contribute to our economy. Through the cooperation of our partners we are proud to say that we will be hosting this event with an official budget of zero dollars.
When & Where: This event will be at the entrance nearest to the corner of Blackstone and Shields on the Blackstone side of the Manchester Center Mall, Wednesday, April 4, 2012 from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m.
For employers: If you are an employer with hourly or salary jobs, available now, or soon, for youth ages 16 to 25 – regardless of whether the position will be long term or short term, we invite you to participate at no charge in this incredibly beneficial event.
